Where information comes from
We start from each service’s own published pages and from named independent reporting, including company announcements and news coverage. Where a point comes from a third party we say so. Where a fact is not published we say that rather than guess.
How we compare
We describe what each service is, what it costs according to our sources on the date shown, and trade-offs to watch for. We do not publish numerical scores or a single “winner”, because the right choice depends on your address, teams and budget.
Dating and checking
Each page shows the date we last checked it. Prices and channel lineups change often, so treat older pages with caution.
Tools
We may use software, including AI-assisted writing and editing tools, to help draft and proofread text. A person reviews what is published and checks figures against their sources.
Corrections
If you find an error or outdated figure, tell us through the contact page. We recheck the source, correct the page and update the date.
